When the valve is located too close to the rim flange, the washer has to be grinded or replaced by a smaller one! With aluminum rims (material thickness), it may be difficult to tighten the nut, since no key can be applied.
NOTE: It is important to ensure that the valve holes are deburred, otherwise the rubber gasket will be damaged immediately!
