Shipping & Returns


Shipments are made via PostNL. Shipments in the Netherlands up to €75.- have a rate of € 7.95, orders above €75.- have a rate of €5.95 For shipments above 30KG and/or longer than 175cm, the costs are higher and we ship via DHL. For large packages, we reserve the right to cancel delivery by regular mail. We also charge the rate of € 7.95 for smaller parts and letterbox packages. Unfortunately, cheaper shipping is not possible because we do not have the option of track and trace.

Shipments in Belgium up to €75.- have a rate of €10.30, orders above €75.- have a rate of €7.95. For shipments above 30KG and/or longer than 175cm, the costs are higher and we ship via DHL. For large packages, we reserve the right to cancel delivery by regular mail.

All other EU countries
For all other EU countries Route-53 will try to find the cheapest shipping method for you. Our website will calculate the shipping cost for you. For larger packages above 30KG (US 20KG) and/or longer then 100cm the costs will be higher, we will ship these with DHL. For large packages we reserve the right to cancel the flat rate.

We do our very best to deliver your order as soon as possible. The average delivery time of our products is 1-5 working days if shipped within NL or B. If the delivery time is longer than 5 working days, for whatever reason, we will inform you. Stock information is listed with each product. Both, our own stock can be viewed, but the stock of our supplier can also be viewed. So we don't have everything in stock ourself! The speed of delivery is of course related to this. Since we receive delivery from our suppliers twice a week, we are able to limit delivery times of 1-5 days. Products that we have in stock are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. Products that we order from the supplier have a delivery time of 1-5 working days. To avoid disappointment, we ask you to take a good look at this stock information.


Prices shown
Prices stated in our webshop are shown as standard including Dutch VAT (21%/9%). As a webshop, however, we are obliged to pay VAT to the EU country of origin of the customer, and the applicable VAT rate there. As soon as you log in, our system will take this into account, and show the prices including VAT, taking into account the country of origin of the customer. If the VAT rate is higher in the country of origin of this customer (eg Denmark uses 25% VAT), the price of the product will also be shown higher in our webshop.

For years we have received compliments from our customers that we have good prices. Good to hear, because that's what we do our best for. Our motto is not for nothing, "always a competitive price, no fake discounts". You will therefore not often see discount promotions with us since the prices are always competitive. We use multiple suppliers so that we can provide these competitive prices. We have been comparing prices for years, and the best price is shown in our webshop. Of course, quality is of paramount importance. We exclude products of poor quality in our range, products of good quality are preferred. Often, however, you can also choose between top-quality and budget-friendly.


Payment is possible by:

iDEAL: For dutch customers. Safe payment true your own dutch banc.
Banccontant/Mister Cash: For Belgian customers. Safe payment true your own banc. 
Moneytransfer: Transfer the amount from your banc account to ours.
Paypal: You do not need a paypall account to pay with creditcard. We apply extra costs.
Visa: Payment with your creditcard. We apply extra costs.
Mastercard:Payment with your creditcard. We apply extra costs.
Cash at pick-up: Pay cash when you pich-up the parts in our shop.

Goods will only be sent once payment has been received. 


Collection of goods is possible, then you pay no shipping. You can pay upon collection. For orders over € 500, - we may require a deposit of 50% of the total purchase. Pick-up is in agreement, and is possible in our shop in Eijsden. We are also willing to take goods to a forthcoming meeting. Would you like to use this method please mail with

Goods must be paid in cash or with card on collection. Or paid in advance by bank, then we will contact you as soon as the payment is received so you can pick up the goods.


After delivery you have a viewing period of 14 days, the part must be registered with us before the end of this period in order to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price. Return of goods must be done in consultation and only after permission. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged. The costs of returning are at the expense of the consumer. After 14 days return is no longer possible.

Intra-Community delivery is possible. For orders under € 200, - ex VAT, we are forced to charge 20, - euros in administration costs, because otherwise it would not be profitable for us to carry out the additional administrative actions. We only deliver the orders to the address linked to the VAT number, the registered address of the company. If you want to make a purchase, we ask you to place your order via the webshop. When paying, choose "prepay" or bank transfer, and indicate in the comments field that it is a VAT-free purchase. After we have checked your VAT number, we will remove the VAT from the order and email you a new order overview with a new total amount.
